Redpath/Kerilea ‘Walk-In’ Hi-Tunnels are an affordable approach to crop or stock covering on a temporary - relocatable basis. The Hi-tunnel design utilises cable stays placed under tension and thus avoids the high cost of a more substantial solid framed and or concreted style structure. Redpath/Kerilea ‘walk-in’ high tunnels have a multitude of uses around the farm including, Stock shelter and crop protection. Their simple and speedy construction also allows them to be easily disassembled and moved new locations. Heavy duty long life Duratough 200micron greenhouse film (as used on the Redpath greenhouse range) is also used on the hi-tunnel design for superior cover reliability. Kerilea
Hi-tunnels may be clad in alternate materials such as Shadecloth
or Birdnetting with ease. Redpath/Kerilea walk-in tunnels are 5m wide and can be constructed from 12m length and in 4m increments up to a length of 100 meters. See pricelist below for guideline on some of the available sizes. |
